2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

-You are authorized to use the chosen payment method

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your country’s import rules before ordering.

4. Production & Shipping

All products are made-to-order. Estimated production and shipping times are provided in our Shipping Policy. At this time, we only accept orders to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

Customers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the order. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, graphics, logos, text, and images are the exclusive property of Semeiré unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

-Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure
-Losses caused by improper use of our products
-Indirect or consequential losses beyond the value of the original purchase

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, with consumer law protections applying according to your local jurisdiction within the EU/EEA where mandatory.
