14-Day Return Window
You may return any physical product for any reason within 14 days after receiving your order.
To start a return, email us at contact@semeire.com with:
-Your name
-Your order number
-The item(s) you wish to return
We will email you a free return label. After contacting us, items must be shipped back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
-Items may be opened
-Items must be new or slightly used
-Digital products cannot be returned
If you purchase digital content, you agree that the right of withdrawal is lost once digital delivery begins (EU requirement).
Return Method & Fees
Return method: By mail. Return shipping fee: Free. We will e-mail you a return label for download and print.
Refund processing time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after:
-We receive the returned item, or
-You provide valid proof of shipment
You will be notified when the refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days.
We may request photos for quality control.
You may choose:
-A free replacement, or
-A full refund
No return is required for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
